Kadai Paneer

Ingredients:


For paste


  • 1 large onion 

  • ¼ tsp pepper powder

  • ¼ tsp cumin powder¼ tsp garam masala 

  • ½ tbsp Coriander Powder

  • (Add some water if required)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • ¼ turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup bell peppers (Green, red and yellow)

  • ½ onion (Cubes)

  • 200g paneer

  • 60 ml of water

  • 30 ml of cream


Method:


  1. Heat 2 tbsp of Oil in a pan, add turmeric powder and chilli powder, Stir. 

  2. Add onions and tomato paste & mix well.

  3. Add 60 ml water, cover and cook on low heat for 5 mins.

  4. Add salt, add onion cubes, bell peppers and cream. Mix well.

  5. Once done, add paneer and cook it on low heat for 2 mins. Serve hot.
